Lotus then won the first Formula One Constructors Championship in 1963 with iconic British driver Jim Clarke, and in 1968, Clarke’s teammate Graham Hill won the Formula One Championship. While Lotus’s last Formula One race was in 1994, they were the first team to have achieved 50 victories, winning a total of 79 Grand Prix races.
